· Rates based on yards up to 1 acre. Yards larger than 1 acre may have a slightly higher rate.

· A one time $10 charge at service start will replace the normal price for all "1 time pickups" when a 6 or 12 month package is purchased.  This is to provide a "Thank You" for becoming a new customer and because the first cleaning still normally requires additional time for initial clean up.  If it has been two or more weeks since your yard was "cleaned" a $10 may also be added to compensate additional time.  

· Cleaning rocks/rocky areas all require additional charges.

· Invoices must be paid 20 days from the date the invoice is mailed. If payment is not postmarked by day 25 (5 days additional grace period) a $10.00 late fee will be assessed to the account.
